Our Story
A PASSION FOR FOOD
Haakari was born in the kitchens of friends and family where food became a medium to connect with others and learn their stories, whilst unbeknown to me I was creating my own. Crafted by my culinary experiences I was inspired to pursue my dream and create a platform to share the food that brings me joy, and an experience that I am proud to provide. Food draws people together, and it is Manaakitanga, a sense of generosity and hospitality for others that makes Haakari.
I would be honoured for you to become a part of my journey, be it over a table of laughter, the perfect culmination of flavour, or simply to share the love of food and its people.
